ABOUT THE HOUSE:

This large and beautiful home comfortably sleeps 14. Amenities include a private outdoor pool that is not heated and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, a outdoor gas fire pit, gas grill, a large deck, two full kitchens, indoor pool table (pool cues must be checked out from the office and returned at check out), a wood-burning fireplace, and stunning backdrop views of the pond and Blue Ridge Mountains. The home has 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

ABOUT THE GROUNDS:

Castleton Farms is a sprawling, 500-acre compound at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah National Park with a working animal farm, fishing ponds, and gorgeous views. A five-mile paved footpath spans the property and is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Visit the friendly menagerie with emus, goats, chickens, 1 pig, donkeys, a zebra, and a zonkey. The magnificent Pool House complex boasts a custom, geothermally-heated indoor pool, and hot tub, (Additional fee — paid at check-in).
