We have no houses behind us, so all you see is mountains and desert landscape. When you're floating in the pool, the rest of the world just disappears. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire house and all amenities within it. We are interested in rental terms of 90+ days. With a term of this length, you will also get access to the community facilities, such as tennis courts, heated lap pools, water park and basketball gym. This is where the fitness/gym equipment is, as well as a personal vehicle is stored. The fourth bedroom is also an office space, and has a fold-down sofa bed rather than a regular bed.
