Quite Apartment Getaway - Near Punta Gorda Airport

This is a 1200 square foot apratment. Newly upgraded. Private entrace above detached garage. This is a 2 bedrorom, but the living room also has a large sectional. Great for a weekend getaway, commuting airline staff or a seasonal visitor. Pets are allowed and discounts for long stays are available. There is a small dog on the property that are freindly. There is a pet fee required, so please let me know if you plan on bringing a pet. Fully furnished Washer/Dryer Other things to note 1) The address where you are staying is on the heading. 2) Your local contact person is Sandy and Brian Sweeney 3) There is access to wireless internet. 4) The gas grille is located on the Lanai. Please use the cleaning tools as provided (on the floor of the pantry) to make sure that the grill is left clean. 5) You must give your pets flea treatment before arriving. In Florida, it is always Flea season. 6) Please refrain from allowing your animals on the furniture. 7) There is hot tub on the property that you are welcome to use, but please be sure to replace the cover when finished 8) The outside firepit can be used as needed. 9) Additional beds. The couch is also a queen sleeper. 10) Extra Linens are in the laundry room off the kitchen area. There are queen sheets, blankets as well as extra towels located above the dryer. 11) We use this home and have provided the necessary accessories. If you use something, please return it to its’ original location. Please report anything that has been broken or lost so that we can replace it. 12) It is not necessary to strip the beds before you leave. Please leave the beds unmade so that the cleaners will wash those linens. Please place all wet and or dirty towels on the floor of the bathrooms. 13) Trash day is Friday. If you are staying through a Friday, please bring trash to the bottom trash can by Thursday evening. 14) The number of guests reflected on your reservation form is the number of guests allowed to stay at our home. A fee of $15 per person after 4 persons will be added. 15) We are nearby and want you to call if you should have any questions or concerns. 16) If you need a cleaning service for the long-term visits, please let us know. 17) Renters will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the home or property caused by Renters, whether accidental or due to Renters negligence. However, if accidental insurance is purchased, the Renters understand that the accidental damage rental policy provides up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection provided Renters notify the owner and assist the owner in making a claim. Renters understand that Renters are responsible for damage beyond the coverage provided by the accidental damage insurance. Renters are also responsible for damage that would have been covered by the accidental damage insurance if Guests fail to advise the Owner of the damage and provide the necessary information that would allow the Owner to file a claim against the policy. 18) For stays less than 7 days or no property damage insurance is purchased a $350-dollar deposit will be collected. The deposit will be refunded once the owner has established that no property damage has been caused. The refund will be issued within 5 days.
