Guest access “W” check-in: - Upon arrival, please inform the valet that you are staying in the Owner’s residence. There you will find a Residential Desk agent who will help you check-in from 9 am to 9 PM. - If you come after that you will need to go to the hotel’s main check-in located on the 4th floor.
