Mimi's Downtown Cottage, Steps to Downtown

Mimi's downtown cottage is a gem of an early 1900's home. It has a fabulous location, downtown Lodi, with many restaurants, microbrewery, tasting rooms, antique shops are just blocks away. Movie theater, library and Hutchins Street Square all in the neighborhood. The guests enjoys the entire cottage to themselves. The sunny cottage has retained it's charm throughout and is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is totally new but retains it's character with a farm house sink & open shelves. The space Charming and Comfortable! A Jack and Jill Suite provides two bedrooms both with queen size beds. The spacious living room and dining room repeat the blue and white décor and provides a 3rd sleeping area with a queen sofa sleeper. Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove and microwave. All utensils provided for cooking and meals. House has always been maintain as very clean. Cleaning is based upon guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention after each guest leaves. Guest access Full Equip Kitchen, Smart TV, Wifi, Private Backyard w/Access to BBQ & patio furniture. Board games and cards are there. Other things to note Pets are welcome! No smoking 10.5% tax Lodi charges is included in the nightly rate!
