Contemporary cedar home w/.5 acres of beachfront only an hour and twenty minutes from Seattle. Soak in the 180 degree view of the beach and Mt. Rainer from the living room with 20' tall prow fronted windows. Large master suite upstairs with loft and crows nest. Downstairs hosts a large guestroom and bath. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people. No pets. Explore acres of pristine private tideland. The beach offers many wildlife sightings - seals, otters, sea ducks, eagles and herons. The space Guests have access to propane BBQ and outdoor dining table. The immediate beach is part of the rental property. Beaches North and South are private property, but you are free to explore and walk the beach in either direction. The home is limited to registered guest only. Great for families or a romantic getaway. The beach is safe and accessible. The island is an ideal retreat from the city for couples and families. The town of Allyn is nearby and has a great ice cream shop, Big Bubbas Burgers, our favorite Mexican restaurant, kayak and SUP rentals, and don't miss the chainsaw art outdoor gallery. The summer also offers the rare Drive-in Theater just 20 minutes away. Need a location for a small wedding party ask me. We can accommodate 20 people outdoors.
