A fully equipped gourmet kitchen and two grills (gas/charcoal) are provided, an old cast iron stove as a fire pit on one deck, along with a bonfire pit on the lawn. The house is fully winterized and has a large wood burning fireplace in the Living Room. There is 120 ft of beachfront and a large dock to enjoy the lake. It is approx 6’ deep off end of dock and swimming is fine, but with occasional lake weed. Located 2 miles from downtown Ithaca and 4 miles from Cornell. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and the Hangar Theater. There is a small caretakers apartment below that, if occupied, will only be by the owner and his small quiet dog.
