You can choose to be totally private, but I am available to help make your stay the best it can be. I have lived in the area for 30 yrs, love people and love to entertain. I can suggest where to go, where to eat, and what to do. I am located in a quiet neighborhood, ample parking, private entrance, access to a nice yard, and great place for a walk. I am 20 minutes from main highways or public transportation to... everywhere. The space Room is in private house but due to location it feels like a private place. You go to the backyard to get to your room, and use a keypad to enter. When you are in your room you will have a great view of back yard and a private deck, but feel free to roam yard, front and back and sit on front porch, lounge in the hammock, put chairs anywhere in the yard and relax! Guest access Large designated parking area under basket ball hoop. Luggage wagon for transporting bags to your room in back. Other items available to make your stay more enjoyable...cooler with ice packs, lounge chairs for back yard, beach towels. Just ask, and I probably have it During your stay I will be available in person or by phone during your stay. I welcome your questions or requests. Available for emergencies 24/7. Other things to note There was a complaint last guest of the mattress being uncomfortable and sinking. I believe it's okay for one person, because most say the bed is very "comfy" and the mattress was less than 3 years old. HOWEVER a new mattress has been purchased on 7/6/26. The air conditioning is for the entire house and i do not turn it on unless it is 80 degrees or higher. A fan is available in hallway for room if needed. Please let me know if it is too cold or too warm in the room and I can easily, and happily adjust.
