Guest access You can access everything the resort has to offer such as the amazing pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, cabanas, fitness centre, spa etc. Other things to note Couple things to note: 1) The facilities/amenities are managed by the onsite Property Management company, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. 2) From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the above happens during your stay, refunds are not automatically given out. We will work with you to find a suitable solution to the problem. Thank you for your understanding in advance. 3) Please note that Tuscana Resort Orlando is located close to Interstate 4 (i.e. a highway). There has been very little mention of the noise from our previous guests (please read our many 5 star reviews) but we did want to note it here in the listing description so that there is full disclosure about it and our guests can make informed decisions about their stay and plan ahead.
