Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil. The space Our father Alessandro in 2014 began a restoration project that lasted three years. Thanks to his passion for architecture, nature and his good taste in interior design, the house has finishes of the highest quality: travertine floors, upstairs parquet, floor heating and cooling system. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower. Three balconies overlook the Orcia valley giving it's residents a stunning view of the Tuscan sunrise.
