Unleash your inner chef with our brand new Carrera marble-like Quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel farmhouse kitchen sink, brand new solid wood modern Shaker kitchen cabinets with ambience lighting and our fully stocked kitchen, complete with Calphalon cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and a suite of brand-new Stainless Steel appliances such as: the dishwasher, stove fan vent and refrigerator. *An open space dining room adjacent to the kitchen Quartz waterfall countertop bar with barstools. Dining table seats 6 people but has 4 chairs. The 2 extra folding chairs are in the Master bedroom closet. *A completely redesigned and remodeled bathroom which includes: a refinished/reglazed bath tub, Carrera marble-like tile, a brand new toilet/bidet with remote control, a brand new lighted bathroom mirror, a brand new vanity sink and cabinet with toe-kick lighting. This bathroom is also fully stocked with a hairdryer, a curling iron, towels, and complimentary body soap and shampoo. *Newly installed Centralized AC and Heating controlled by a Smart Thermostat. * The serenity of our three distinct bedrooms: "The Garden Room" with a luxurious Cal King bed, "The Mirror Room" featuring a plush Queen bed, and "The Surf Room" with two cozy Twin beds. Each room offers Memory Foam mattresses and remote-controlled ceiling fans for your comfort. Additionally, "The Mirror Room" closet houses a spare Queen size, motorized Air Mattress with extra bedsheets, pillows and blankets. For your entertainment, two of the bedrooms boast a 42” flat-screen smart TVs and writing desks. For our youngest guests, a playpen is tucked away in "The Surf Room" closet. (Please note: this playpen is NOT a Pack n Play nor a Crib for sleeping.) * A glamorous, cozy living room. Unwind in the Human Touch Bali massage chair, lounge on the chaise sofa, or enjoy your favorite shows on the 65” Flat Screen Smart TV, controlled by a Apple TV device with Wifi access. (Please note: this is NOT cable TV.) * An outdoor laundry room, complete with a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies. An ironing board and iron are conveniently located in “The Garden Room” - Master bedroom side closet. * A front porch patio with 2 patio chairs and a side table. You can also enjoy a family meal on the side patio, complete with a picnic table, outdoor seating, storage bin with beach/camping chairs and an Igloo cooler ready for your outdoor adventures. There is also a BBQ grill, a Fire Pit and a Hot Tub for your enjoyment. **Please Note: There is a 1 time fee of: $70 for the use of the Hot Tub (for cleaning and chemical treatment,) $35 for the use of the Fire Pit (for the Propane tank refill) and a $45 fee for the use of the BBQ Grill (for Propane tank refill and cleaning.) There is a discounted fee of $140 for all 3. If interested, you must let us know and make a payment at least 24 hours before your Check-in day. This allows us ample time for us to prep the hot tub and/or the BBQ grill. Payment methods will be discussed after you book your stay. Please note that the garage, the tool shed in the backyard, and three linen/pantry cabinets are locked and off-limits. The front door is equipped with a Smart Lock with a keypad and a unique door code will be provided immediately after your booking is confirmed. The side gate is secured with a separate coded lock. For security purposes, this gate should remain locked at all times. If you require access (for storing bicycles, surfboards, etc.), please inform us after booking, and we will provide the gate code. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM EARLY ARRIVALS: Early check-ins are not permitted. Please note that your door code will not be activated until exactly 3:00 PM on your check-in day. If you need to check in early, please request approval from us at least two days in advance. This is to ensure our cleaning crew has sufficient time to thoroughly clean and disinfect the house in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines. LATE CHECK-OUTS: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed after the 10:00 AM check-out time. However, if you require more time, please contact us in advance. Our cleaning crew typically arrives at 10:15 AM and requires at least 24-48 hours notice for schedule changes. Please note that staying past 10:15 AM may result in additional charges. LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals are perfectly acceptable. Your front door code will be activated at exactly 3:00 PM on your check-in day, allowing you to arrive at any time thereafter. Other things to note Once you've booked and confirmed your reservation with us, our automated software system will send you messages, on the Airbnb platform, in this order: 1. A message which includes your Door Code. 2. A Welcome Message 3. A very detailed Final Confirmation Message which includes: The property address, the WiFi password and the “House Manual” that explains most everything in the house. This Final Confirmation Message will be sent to you, 3-2 days BEFORE your check-in date. (Same-day bookings will receive ALL of these messages within 1 hour after booking.) For security and privacy reasons, and with respect for our neighbors and current guests, we cannot give out the address until it is closer to your check-in day.
