The beach is your backyard, but if you want local resident access to the spa at the Catamaran Hotel, pay the daily fee and it covers valet parking, use of pool, jacuzzi, steam room and spa lockers. To operate the front door, press your 4 digit personal door code, then enter and door is unlocked. To lock from inside, press the lock picture and deadbolt if necessary. Garage key pad; press 4 digit personal code, then press enter. To close garage door from outside, just press ENTER key and step back. Door CODES are issued just PRIOR TO CHECK-IN time of 5pm for all guests; the maids are usually finishing up. For security reasons, we do not issue codes to either the front door or garage...until the maid and maintenance staff have exited the property. Other things to note We prefer renting to mature gatherings or to families. This is NOT a party house. NO pets are allowed. Summer check-in time is always 5pm. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Adults of minors who rent must be in San Diego for the duration of stay. These adults are responsible for the minors for the duration of the stay. (No 3rd party rentals).
