Beautiful attached studio-style guesthouse with tile floors, all appliances, separate yard and patio area. King bed, queen air mattress available and couch. The space The attached studio- style guesthouse is attached to the back of our house and has its own separate entrance, along with separate yard and patio area. We live across the street from Austin Park. Queen airbed also available. Guest access Access is through the side gate on the side of the house. There is a cement sidewalk that leads you to the entrance of the studio-style guesthouse. The studio-style guesthouse is private and has awesome amenities. Other things to note Parking for The Park at Wolflin is on-street parking, in front of the house or Park. The park and street is well lit at night. Fragrance Sensitivity. This property is attached to the main house and does share a ventilation system so scented products can travel thru the ventilation system. Please be advised that we do use scented products, which include traditional perfumes, candles, air fresheners, shampoos, laundry products and general cleaning products. Locals or any guest who lives within a 30 mile radius must send an inquiry before booking. No smoking inside. When making a reservation or sending an inquiry, please include all guests. We welcome all well-behaved dogs, but please be sure to mention your pet when you are making a reservation or sending an inquiry. Guests bringing pets must declare all pets when sending an inquiry or prior to making a reservation. There is an additional fee per pet and immediate eviction with no refund if a pet is not authorized prior to bringing them. Thank you. Wifi - *Absolutely no downloading of copyrighted material (no bit torrent, for example). Any copyright infringement by guest subject to release of guest info to copyright holder for further action. We are "dog friendly" and have a few guidelines for our guests with furry friends / fur babies. - Guest are responsible for cleaning up any pet waste. - Please keep pets off furniture and bedding. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if we have to remove your pet's hair or dirt from beds and sitting areas. - Please remember to clean your pet's paws when they come inside. -If it has been raining or snowing, please make sure pets do not track mud inside. - Pet owners will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. - Pets left unattended for any length of time must be crated. Any evidence of not following these guidelines may incur extra cleaning fees. The Property has a security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Thank you.
