Our preferred room temperature is between 75-78 for summer and 67-70 for winter. For people who like much cooler or hotter temperature, please choose wisely. Guest access You have full access to the kitchen and all cookware and utensils but it is only suitable for simple cooking. Living room, dining room, sunroom and yard, washer & dryer, cable TV are also accessible to guests. Coffee and tea are provided for guests' convenience. No parking on the property but street parking is free and always available. During your stay I prefer texting and I always respond quickly.
