The house sits on a very quiet road in an established neighborhood. The location is perfect as it’s only 10 minutes from the airport and just 15 minutes to the Pike Place Market. This place is perfect for the solo adventurer, couples, or someone on business. The space Our house is backed by protected land so there are a ton of trees, birds and fresh air. Natural light fills every room. There’s a deck off of the dining room with a view of the backyard, garden, and downtown Seattle. Guest access Enjoy the upstairs and the front and back yards. Please do not go into the master bedroom, downstairs nor the garage. Unfortunately, the pool is not open at this time. During your stay We are always willing to help in any way that we can. One of us will be available for a phone call or text. Other things to note We are renting out our other bedroom. There are coded locks on the doors to ensure privacy although there is only one restroom to use. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted inside the house. We do not accept third party bookings. We kindly ask that all reservations be made under the account of the guest requesting to stay with us. We do not allow parties or family gatherings. We do not allow visitors beyond the registered guests. *The pool is currently closed. We kindly ask that you turn on notifications to ensure our messages are received.
