Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage overlooking lake. It is close to several other lakes & dog friendly parks. Comfort was the number one reason when choosing the furniture & mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, keurig, toaster, microwave, cook top oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer and flat screen TV. Free wifi, cable TV, Max, Amazon & Neflix. You have one off street parking spot. Snacks & light breakfast provided. Please note there is an additional charge to use pool. The space This space is dog friendly for one dog less than 25 pounds. No cats allowed. There may be other dogs on the property, so please keep your doggie on a lease for everyone’s safety. We do not allow parties of any type to respect the privacy of the other guests. This Includes no birthday, no anniversaries, no wedding reception etc, so please don’t ask to make an exception. Please note that it takes five to eight hours to heat the pool depending on ambient air temperature. Please give yourself plenty of time to turn it on for your use after resolving amenities fee. Please remember this is an airbnb and there is no staff on property to do this for you. Guest access All outside common areas and yard to the lake. You also have a private porch at the front of the house. Optional access to the amenities that includes: pool, spa, sauna and gym is only $35 per day . There is an additional 45 charge to heat the pool. To further clarify this fee it is $35 per accommodation. (Not $35 per amenity and not $35 per person.) This fee is not negotiable. You can invite 2 additional guests who are not staying with you for 10 dollars a day per person. Sorry, we cannot host parties to respect the privacy of our other guests. The amenities are open from 7 am to 10 p.m. The pool and pub from 9 a.m. to 10 pm. The fee can be collected when you arrive if you decide to purchase access to the amenities. We need a one hour notice to heat the spa. Thanks. The amenities are in a common area that is shared by us and other paying guests. Access to amenities is not allowed until after the fee is paid. Other things to note Your cottage is a separate building, but there is another buildings on the property behind it that contains 2 units that sometimes share the amenities. The property is pet friendly for one small dog, no cats. Baggage/luggage storage is available for early check in. Lessee must be present throughout the duration of lease. The property is non smoking(including vaping and e-cigarettes). Please park so that two other cars can park next to you. If you have more than one car please park it across the street and not behind your first car. There is an additional 35 dollar a day to use the pool/spa, pub/game room, and gym per accommodation. Please no parties. No exceptions. Please no grilling on the pool deck. To pull down the blinds, hold at the top and gently pull down on the bottom. Accommodation interiors/decoration subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Grounds are seasonal, not everything is always in bloom, even Florida has a brief winter season when leaves are dropping and it is a little chilly. And finally, the amenities are not always available to guest. We apologize for any inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times that we, the owners will reserve them for our private use. We now offer a separate professional office space that includes a computer, printer, scanner, paper and zoom meeting light for an additional 25 dollars a day.
