Country vibes with close proximity to downtown Chico, CSU Chico, groceries, and the Sacramento River.$35 pet fee The space Our cottage is a private detached studio located on the same property as farmhouse short term rental. Our cottage has private parking, a private entrance, contactless entry and an outdoor patio. Large lot for dog relief. Tons of upgrades. Newly remodeled bathroom. Brand new mini-split system provides warmth and cooling throughout the cottage. Streaming TV. Extra comfortable Lucid memory foam mattress on queen bed. While it’s not common, guests may see and hear orchard management operations during stay. Mid October is harvest season and there is a 1 day harvest that could occur. Message owner if you have concerns during this timeframe of mid October. Guest access Guests may enjoy our private cottage and use the shady courtyard outside of the double patio doors. Dog owners may use the large dirt lot between the orchard and small white outbuilding Fenced in yard off limits BBQ off limits Orchard and barn off limits Check-In time is 4pm Check-Out time is either 10am or 11am and subject to other bookings we may be accommodating on your check-out day Other things to note If you plan to bring a pet, please add your pet to the booking . A $35 pet fee applies and must be paid prior to your check- in. This is a set $35 fee, not per pet or per night so just $35 is charged. We ask that a max of 4 animals accompanies guests. Thanks
