The cottage is located a short 15 minute drive from the 401 and the town of Cobourg, and is a 25 minute drive into Peterborough. We are 5 minutes from Rice Lake which is well known for its great fishing, and 20 minutes drive to the famous Cobourg beach. Come and relax at the cottage! Walk-out from living area to private deck with BBQ and dining table, enjoy lovely views of the country side and a peek-a-boo view of Rice Lake. Guest can enjoy a firepit for great evening campfires. Relax on the front porch in a porch swing or muskoka chairs. Rice Lake is less than 2 miles away, the public boat launch is located a 5min drive away. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage front porch and rear deck back with outdoor dining and bbq. There is a firepit to enjoy in the evenings and watch the stars. Lots of room for the kids to play a game of badminton, catch, soccer etc. Relax on the front port swing or muskoka chairs. Large parking area for your vehicles and boat. Other things to note It is a 15 min. drive to Cobourg and the beautiful Cobourg Beach. 25 min drive to Peterborough. Rice Lake public boat launch is 5 mins away.
