This unique bay front complex features a beautiful heated pool directly on the bay and a boat dock for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Immediately across the street is the white, sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious unit features two bedrooms, two baths and a den/third bedroom. There is a large screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular bay views. An additional smaller lanai off the guest bedroom features wonderful views of the Gulf. This is a great unit to watch both the sunrise AND the sunset! All amenities are provided for your convenience. It sleeps six with a king size bed, and 2 Queens. This is a very popular Bradenton Beach complex so you'll want to book early. Coquina Moorings is a one week minimum rental please. . Parking is limited to two vehicles.
