About room/house 3 bedroom Home. Rent entire house. Maximum guests six(6). Bedrooms refurbished with new, comfortable double & queen size beds. The common area has wide open spaces quiet, loads of natural light with comfortable furniture. Many amenities! Located in central area of town. The space We have three rooms at our establishment to rent out. The West Bedroom is a Master Bedroom w/private bath and feature a queen bed. The East bedroom is larger w/queen bed, faces the front yard and has a lot of natural light. The South Bedroom is slightly smaller w/double bed. For both off these rooms there is a shared bathroom. Monthly rentals considered. In the house itself, there is a wide open living area that is full of natural light, plants and very comfortable furniture. We also have a very large, green and quiet backyard with a big deck, should you wish to lounge outside on a sunny day. Failure to observe our “no smoking” police will result in a $250.00 damage claim to AB&B. Guest access Amenities - Full use of common areas (inside and outside). - Full use of kitchen. Appliances include internet access, coffee maker, kitchen aid, oven, microwave, refrigerator, full range of cooking/baking equipment, plates, silverware, glasses, wine glasses etc, shared bathroom, full laundry. Tankless hot water tank provides unlimited hot water for that relaxing soak in the claw foot bathtub. There is a wireless printer provided for printing those important documents. Other things to note Maximum of six(6) guests. We will add $300.00/additional guest and our review of your stay will indicate such. Our home is a non-smoking or vaping residence. We do not allow pets of any kind. We have allergies and appreciate that others may also. Failure to observe our “no smoking” police will result in a $250.00 damage claim to AB&B.
