Set back in one of San Felipe’s most sought-after resorts, El Dorado Ranch, Casa Campbell is a sight to be seen. This luxury vacation rental home is located right on the edge of the 18-hole Las Caras de México golf course and is within easy walking distance of the resort's private beach. With a sprawling multi-level floor plan, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a kitchen that the family chef will adore, this upscale home offers breathtaking views and a premium chance to experience San Felipe in style. To get to this impressive property, you will drive south toward the active city of San Felipe and enter the coveted El Dorado Ranch resort gates. After cruising down a few quiet residential roads, you will pull right into your private driveway and notice the detailed landscaping and gorgeous architecture that makes this home stand out. Inside, the front foyer features soaring ceilings and massive windows that fill the entryway with natural light. Beautifully tiled floors lead you from the front entrance into the heart of the home, where you will find a striking spiral staircase winding up to the second floor. Continuing into the center of the house, the layout opens up into a fully furnished kitchen and a wide-open living room. The kitchen features a warm mix of tan and brown tones, accented with sleek countertops, custom cabinets, and a large center island that doubles as a breakfast bar. It is completely stocked with a double sink, dishwasher, and full-size stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Between the kitchen and the living room sits a formal dining room with a round wooden table, creating a well-lit space perfect for family meals or setting up a laptop to get some work done. The central living room is warm and inviting, featuring plush sofa seating in front of a flat-screen TV and elegant French doors that provide sweeping views of the property. Casa Campbell offers plenty of room to spread out across multiple floors. Located right off the main living room, the first-floor guest bedroom features a bright space with a Queen-size bed and private doors leading directly out to the lower patio, just steps away from the first-floor family bathroom. The first-floor master suite is tucked quietly at the back of the home past a long hallway, featuring a high-end King-size bed, a private sitting area with a pull-out couch, an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and seamless access to the back patio. Heading up the spiral staircase, you will find a secondary living room complete with matching couches, a flat-screen TV, locally inspired artwork, and a gorgeous fireplace for cozy movie nights. Located right off this upstairs lounge, the third bedroom is a charming, sunlit room featuring two Twin beds and sits directly next to a family bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the upstairs lounge sits the primary second-floor master suite, which features a plush King-size bed, a hotel-inspired bathroom with a deep soaking tub, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and a private closet behind sliding mirrored doors. This bedroom opens up directly onto a private second-story balcony overlooking the sweeping desert landscape and mountains. Please review these essential resort and rental guidelines carefully before your arrival. The physical beds in this rental sleep up to 9 guests, but we permit a maximum occupancy of 12 guests total if you choose to bring your own airbeds for the remaining 3 visitors. Off-road vehicles are strictly prohibited from driving on the residential streets inside this community, though the resort makes an exception to this rule only for registered participants in major local racing events, such as the Baja 250. This home carries a standard 2-night minimum stay requirement, but we do accept 1-night rental exceptions exclusively if the reservation is booked within 7 days of your arrival date. For long-term monthly rentals, all utilities are extra and billed separately, and a utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. El Dorado Ranch requires all guests to carry official resort and amenity passes, which makes check-in a mandatory two-step process. First, you will meet our team upon arrival at our main leasing office to collect your house keys. Second, you will head directly to the resort office to pick up your official resort and swimming pool passes in person. The regular hours for the resort pass office are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and the resort only issues these passes directly to the guests. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, we will check you into the home as usual so you can access the property, but you will need to visit the resort office the following morning to collect your passes. Please note that you will not be able to use the community swimming pools on your arrival day without these physical passes in hand. Once collected the next day, you can enjoy the pools during standard operating hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
