We are located at 400 Ocean Suites on 400 Ocean Blvd. We are behind the front building and need to be entered through the gate. If the gate is closed the code is 2020. Park in any space that does NOT have a number on it. Enter through the lobby which has a sign out front that says "Model". If you come during business hours someone will be here. Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation. Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
