The space 'The Old Guard' is situated in an idyllic spot just 50 metres from the beach and south west coast path in Inner Hope Cove, with it's charming thatched cottages, clean sandy beaches and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, it's an ideal place to visit all year round. The detached property comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with shower room and 1 master suite / sitting area with ensuite wetroom. Ground floor Patio doors open to the kitchen/dining area. kitchen is fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining table and chairs and sofa, electric heater and wall mounted Smart TV, double doors to rear hallway leading to... Bedroom 1 : Twin beds or Super-king (zip and link beds), electric heater, chest of drawers, peg rail. Bedroom 2 : Twin beds or Super-king (zip and link beds), electric heater, chest of drawers, peg rail. Shower room: with shower cubicle, basin, WC and electric towel rail. Hallway leads past hall closet and coat storage area to rear hall door and staircase to first floor. First Floor - multifunctional 1. Beautiful sitting area with bifold doors out to a large private terrace with outside furniture and glass balustrade. The Sitting room contains a sofa and two armchairs, a smart tv on twisting bracket. Additional seating when the bed is away creates a large entertainment space with additional fridge and sink. 2. King size 'hideaway' bed folds out in seconds to create a master suite with ensuite wetroom and private lounge. The pillows are removed and stored in the giant linen chest while the bed effortlessly folds up to hide behind the closet doors during the day. Wake up to the beautiful sea view and enjoy the peace and quiet from your private terrace. 3. Need to work while you're here? A desk is on this floor to allow a 'flex-cation' workspace. Please note that during bad weather/high usage times, wifi can occasionally be intermittent due to the rural location. Utility room: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: Enjoy the outstanding view of the sea and sunsets from the large private terrace after a fun day on the beach or exploring the south west coast path.
