Guest access PARKING TIPS: The Downtown Parking Square is a free parking lot next to our place. Guests are usually able to find a spot from morning till late afternoon, but right across W. St of Franklin Rd is a big lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. Other things to note Discover a tailored experience with our curated stays designed exclusively for traveling nurses. Our accommodations prioritize comfort, safety, and proximity to medical facilities, ensuring a seamless and rejuvenating stay. PET INFORMATION: While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers. LONG TERM STAYS: Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay.
