Welcome to our Mid-Century Modern waterfront escape on Curry Creek, minutes from Nokomis Beach (2 miles) and Venice Beach (3 miles). Spend your days fishing from the private dock, paddling one of 4 kayaks, or biking the Legacy Trail with 6 bikes. Evenings are for the firepit, grilling on the charcoal BBQ, or cornhole under the stars. We’ve stocked shark tooth gear, beach essentials, toiletries, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and a welcome bottle of wine — so you can arrive, unpack, and relax. The space Welcome to your spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront escape (1,950 sq. ft.), where every detail is designed for comfort and connection. Wake up in one of two serene primary suites, each with a plush king bed and 55" smart TV, while the third bedroom with two full beds is perfect for family or friends. Spend slow mornings on your private dock, large enough for a 22’ boat or launch a kayak straight into the Gulf from our private slip. With an open living, dining, and kitchen space framed by sweeping water views, it’s the perfect backdrop for laughter, shared meals, and unforgettable sunsets ♡ Guest access A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you a unique keypad code for both the front and back doors for easy self-check-in. Check-in starts at 3 PM, and checkout is by 11 AM. The large driveway can easily fit up to 4 cars, and we also have space on the property for boat or RV parking. 👍🏼 Other things to note The nearest boat and jetski launch is just 2 miles away — about a 6-minute drive from the house. Our cleaning team has a strict one-pet policy, so we can welcome one dog per reservation 🐾. This is a 100% smoke-free property, both indoors and outdoors including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. If you need to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so off-property.
