Galena Shores Boho Haven on the Water

My goal was to create a space that has a great location but heightens every one of your creative senses. In this one think "New York Boho high rise on the water". I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only. The space We are right on the water. The house is small and cozy with everything you need. It sleeps 4 very comfortably. It can sleep 6 but it will be very “cozy”. It has a sofa bed that when pulled out takes up the whole living room. Good for an overnight but not a long stay. The bathroom is ensuite on that floor. The lower bedroom shares a common area with a game room and ping pong table. It has a lock on the door to the upper floor so there can be privacy. There is a full bathroom on the lower floor also. We are 5 minutes from great restaurants and shopping the the Heights. Lots of trails & parks. Can fish off the beach. 2 kayaks & a paddle boat. This property is on the water. The water brings its own nature with insects, birds, etc. Especially in summer. If you are not a nature lover I would not book property on the water. I am not responsible for bugs that might bother you outside or ones that come in when you open a door. In summer the water can bring mayflies. They only happen for a day or 2. They are harmless but can be annoying. Guest access You have access to the water for fishing. Hot tub on deck to the water. Keyless check in. Codes will be sent the morning of check in. Other things to note We are pet friendly for small potty trained dogs that must be crated when you are away. You will have to leash walk for potty time. The area is grass less although it is fenced in. No smoking on or near property allowed. Space for 2 cars only. We sleep 4 comfortably but 6 with sofa bed if needed. Ping pong table in lower level. No one allowed at house except registered guests without prior acknowledgement. No tampering with security equipment.
