The space This cozy 1 bedroom in-law offers an open floor plan in a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood—entirely yours to enjoy. Designed for ultimate comfort, it’s perfect for relaxation, reading, watching TV, listening to music, cooking, or playing in the private yard with your pups. Double-pane windows ensure quiet, while heating and air conditioning keep you comfortable year round. Cook on the gas range, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or enjoy a cup of coffee in the backyard amongst the tall pines. The home is centrally situated just outside of Flagstaff in Kachina Village and close to Sedona, world class rock climbing, and Lake Mary where you can swim, fish, paddle, and boat. Across the street enjoy endless miles of trails and a seasonal creek. Workspace: There is a large kitchen table perfect for dining at or propping up and getting some work done before you head out for the day. Kitchen: The kitchen opens up to the dining and living area and features a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, and everything you need to make a delicious meal at home., As passionate cooks and coffee lovers ourselves, we've made sure the kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy the same…but if cooking is not your thing, drive into downtown Flagstaff and enjoy an array of delicious restaurants. Check out our Guidebook for our favs. Outdoor Space: The private, fenced backyard is the ideal spot to relax and unwind, perfect for enjoying your cup of coffee, local beers, or wine after a day of adventuring. Sleeping Arrangements: This1-bedroom, 1-bath home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. **Room 1: Private Bedroom** Relax in the luxurious King-size bed with views of the pine trees outside **Pullout Sofa bed** The pullout bed features a Queen-size bed - pull out to watch a movie or bring your friends along. **Bathroom** Enjoy a hot shower after a day of exploring. We provide Shampoo & Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, as well as hairdryers and a clothing iron, all for your convenience and comfort. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire guest house, including the fenced backyard and private entry. The driveway and parking area are shared with the main house, but there is plenty of space for up to four vehicles. Please stay within the casita’s designated areas, especially in snowy weather, to ensure safety and respect for the shared property. Other things to note This home has two wall-mounted units for heating and cooling in the living room and bedroom. For optimal comfort, both units must be set to the same mode (either heat or cool). Flagstaff’s cool mountain air often reduces the need for AC. Many locals open windows at night to bring in fresh air and close them in the morning to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the day. This home is located in the Coconino National Forest, offering year-round natural beauty. While the property is treated monthly for pests, you may occasionally encounter spiders or other critters, especially during rainy seasons. Please avoid leaving food out or doors open to minimize this. We take cleanliness seriously. If you have any concerns upon arrival, please contact us by 5:30 PM so we can address them promptly.
