Beautiful Lodge with hot tub on golf resort

Barnworks indoor pool complex (day passes £5.50 per day) check opening hours as they vary through the year 18 hole main course (par 73) 18 hole par 3 course (par 54) Club House with bar and food Quaint cafe and gift shop- all onsite facilities will open at varied times through the year. Redwings Horse and Donkey Sancturary. Close to the Norfolk broads and beaches. The lodge itself is in a stunning position, overlooking the golf course and the duck pond directly behind it. We have lovingly renovated The Duck house, it is cosy and inviting with plenty of living accommodation arranged over 2 floors. Downstairs, is an entrance hall, the open plan kitchen dining area, the second bedroom is located downstairs with a shower room and the utility. Upstairs is a very large lounge with views overlooking the golf course and balcony with seating and loungers. The master bedroom is to the front of the house with an en-suite shower room. Outside is a covered dining and seating area with the hot tub. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON SITE Sorry, no BBQ’s Guest access The resort is quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to get away and relax. There are two parking spaces just outside the lodge and the whole resort is gated. Other things to note The site is run by a management company and is very well maintained and overseen. Any breach of the site or house rules will result in guests being asked to leave, in this event, no monies will be refunded. It is a quiet resort and neighbourhood and we ask that our guests respect this. Please do let me know if you have any questions at all regarding this or anything else.
