Casita Mora is located within the residential area called Los Olivos, you will have access to the community pool, swimming lane, green gardens with ping pong tables, children's playground with a tree house and private security 24/7. The space is ideal for groups of friends and families looking to rest and relax in a quiet place with a family atmosphere. The staff and I have put a lot of effort into providing a clean, functional and welcoming place to make you feel at home. The space Casita Mora has 3 bedrooms that have been recently renovated, each with a private full bathroom, air conditioning and internet access. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast in the morning accompanied by a delicious coffee and start the day exploring the Riviera Maya. In the afternoons/evenings, enjoy your favorite drink on our terrace located on the third level and lie down in the hammock or on the lounger so you can recharge your batteries for the next day. If you prefer, we have a small reading room on the second level so you can share the adventures of the day with your friends or family. We are just 1 mile from restaurants, cinemas, bars and shopping centers and 3.5 miles from the beach and Fifth Avenue. Guest access Access to the residential area is restricted, so for your safety and your hostess it is essential to provide at least one day before arrival an official ID with a photograph of the person who made the reservation on the app. In case you want to go to places further away such as Playa's downtown, the "Las Americas" mall or the Xcaret/Xplor parks you can use the safe taxi service that we can offer you with an extra fee and with prior notice. Since we have to coordinate the service with our driver, unfortunately there is still no Uber or similar services in Playa del Carmen. If you travel with a private or rented car, the property has two parking spaces at no additional charge. To get to Cancun or Tulum, we suggest you use the van services that pass on the Tulum-Cancún highway located 1.5 mi away or at the ADO bus station in downtown. Other things to note For stays of 21 days or longer, the costs of water, electricity, and gas are paid by the guest, the additional charge will be requested using the corresponding receipts.
