Our 4 bedroom 5 bed home has 1 King, 3 Queens & 1 twin bed w/ 2 full baths featuring infinity walk in showers. Master bedroom has a master bath. We are only 6 miles to the Ft Lauderdale Airport & 8-10 miles from several beaches. 10 mins from Hard Rock. The living area is cozy w/ beach theme décor. Fully stocked galley kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances for cooking. High speed Wi-Fi, cable, streaming services, patio & grill. Guests have full access to washer/dryer w/ tide pods for laundry. The space We are only 6 miles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport & 8 -10 miles from several beaches. During peak times it could take longer than 10 minutes to drive to the beach, leaving early and planning accordingly to get to attractions will help with traffic and getting parking spots at destinations. The living area is cozy with beach theme décor. Features a single family home that is spacious & fully furnished with cozy sofas & chairs, 5 beds (1 King, 3 Queen & 1 Twin) & 2 full baths - Stand up showers only, ready to go kitchen w/ everything you need from pots and pans to crock pot & coffee maker, washer dryer, sleeps 8, kitchen table that seats 4 and another table that seats 2 or can be used as a work station, w/ patio table w/ umbrella & BBQ grill, self entry access w/ door key pad, cable tv & free internet. Other amenities include, coffee, w/d tide pods, cascade for DW, body soap, hair dryer, iron, large soft bath towels & so much more to make your stay one to remember! Guest access Access to the entire house with keyless entry. 4 Parking spots in the driveway. Patio with table, chairs, grill and umbrella out back. Do not park on grass. Only 4 parking spots allowed for cars. Any other vehicles will be towed at guest expense. Other things to note For early or late check out we need to see if our cleaners can accommodate the request and if other guests are checking in. Please treat our home as if it is yours. Please do NOT use our towels to take off make-up. If our towels show evidence of this there will be a charge. We have provided trash bags and trash bins. Before check out, collect all trash and put in the bins & push out the curb. Any loose trash clean up inside or out will require a $100 additional clean up fee. No Smoking in the house please! If smoking outside, please throw away your cigarette buds into the trash bins. There is a $500 charge for physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep noise level down and respect our lovely neighbors who will call us, we do have a noise detector located out on the back patio.. There is a $250 noise disturbance fee is we are called to handle any noise and nuisance complaints from the neighbors or police. For guest's safety, we never allow parties, drugs or illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders and guest count is kept to what your reservation was approved for. If emergency security, police, etc are called there is a $250 service fee and you will be asked to leave. Make sure all remotes to TV's are put back where found. If lost or missing there is a $50 replacement charge. We love our pets too, so we do allow responsible pet owners to bring their beloved fur babies to our home. Pets are allowed with approval and $150 flat rate extra charge and a $200.00 REFUNDABLE pet deposit if no damages ot extra cleaning are incurred by the pet. Any pet damages will be billed to you on top of the $150 Pet Fee to include your pet the stay. Please clean up after your pet, sweeping up hair, foot prints, and waste in the yard. Please do NOT allow any pets on our furniture or beds. If an unapproved pet is found to be on the property during or evidence of a pet after your stay a $500 charge will be added to your charge card thru AIRBNB. We will be notifying you back about the pet deposit refund after we have inspected the property upon your check out. We ONLY want responsible pet owners to bring their pets to our home.
