The space The villa is located in Zaton Veliki, small and quiet place, only 8 km from the center of Dubrovnik. It is fully surrounded by nature and centuries old olive groves so it provides full privacy and intimacy necessary for a perfect holiday. At the same time it's fast connected to the Old City and all the amenities. Beach is only 2 min away by car ( 500m). The direct view of the Adriatic sea creates an oasis of peace and pleasant atmosphere for a perfect family or friendly holiday. In addition to the spaciousness and comfort of the house, guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with sea views and a fireplace along with plenty of Al-fresco dining and lounge areas where you can enjoy a barbecue and socializing in the summer evenings. Guest access On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and dining room with a direct access to a large terrace with al-fresco dining area. The terrace is connected by stairs with a beautiful large garden and private swimming pool which is surrounded by lounge chairs, sun beds and an outdoor shower. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are with double beds and one with two single beds. Also, there are two bathrooms and a living room, dining room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the landscape, Elafiti islands and crystal Adriatic sea. The villa has private parking for four cars, and the entire property is fenced and has a separate entrance which protects the privacy and security of all guests.
