A fully renovated and updated single family home tucked in 2 acres in the heart of Union Pier.  A quick walk will put you in downtown Union Pier and right by the lake.  You might not want to use the lake when you have an inground pool, hot tub, pool house with workout equipment, screened in porch and all the other amenities you want within the confines of this well appointed retreat. The main floor is where you will find the living space, kitchen, dining and two bedrooms.  There is a wrap around deck, screened in porch, propane firepit, sonos speaker system, grill, pool area, hot tub, pool house and 2 acres surrounding yourself so you don`t feel like the neighbors are close by.   Upstairs, there are two queen beds in the loft space.  The house has 2 TV`s, sonos, wireless internet, and well appointed throughout. The pool area has a retractable cover, gate surrounding the area and just wait until you see all the blooming flowers and landscaping to create a rather relaxing environment while sitting outside.  This is one house not to miss. Tucked away on a quiet street but close enough where you can walk to the downtown area of Union Pier or hop in the car and be within all of Harbor Country`s perks in just a few minutes time. Harbor Country is a collection of small towns along the Lake Michigan shoreline. There is an Amtrak stop in downtown New Buffalo but there is not many other public transportation services in the area. There is NO Uber or Lyft. There are shuttles which you can charter to wineries, breweries, etc. If you are in need of public transportation, please make arrangements prior to arrival. The nearest airport is South Bend International or Chicago. How far away is the beach from the house? The townline beach is approx 1.5 miles away
