This cozy 1 bedroom cabin gives you the ultimate tiny cabin,outdoor living experience with a lakeside view ! 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Downtown Tampa The nearest grocery store Publix is just 6 minutes away 25 minutes from Outlets over 100 stores and restaurants The space Free WiFi | Covered Parking | Access to dock Perfect Getaway for a couple to hang out by the fire pit and roast some s’mores while relaxing by the lake. You will have access to the dock where you can fish, kayak, or just relax. We provide: | Microwave, Keurig, coffee/ plates, bowls, cups, utensils, can opener, bottle opener | A propane grill with burner and bbq utensils. | A Fire pit located directly in front of the cabin. | Outdoor picnic table | Hot & Cold Outdoor shower ***we do not have an indoor shower** **indoor sink has cold water only | Tandem kayak + life vests We recommend you bring flip flops for the outdoor shower if you do not wish to step on rocks barefooted. You will have access to the dock at your own risk. - No swimming - Yes, there's gators - Fishing is allowed and encouraged - Kayaking is allowed and encouraged - Adult supervision for any kids under 13. Just a reminder, this cozy tiny cabin is near the lake and surrounded by lots of trees, so more than likely there will be bugs around the area. Just make sure you close the door when you come in and out otherwise they might join the party inside. :) Please be aware that there is ongoing construction in the area, which may cause some noise or disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Guest access You'll have access to private parking under a large carport. We are located in a small private neighborhood that surrounds a lake. Other things to note PET FREE SPACE - Since the space is very small, we can not welcome pets or service animals at this time. If animals are found within the home you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and charged an additional cleaning fee. Please note this listing is for 2 guests maximum. There's only 1 Queen size bed. Smart TV for internet streaming such as Netflix, etc. No cable. The cabin is located in a small neighborhood near a main road and is behind a main house that is occupied. So you will see others on the property from time to time.
