The space Larger House: Our first house is no tiny two bedroom cabin! With an open floor plan and a modern design, the large dining and living areas make it perfect for entertaining. The master bedroom features a king bed and vaulted ceiling, as well as a spacious bathroom with a custom shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. There are also two roll-out cots for extra guests. Enjoy the six-person hot tub and fenced-in backyard, a beautiful garden area with patio and outdoor fireplace, perfect for a family barbeque. Smaller House: Our second house is a cute, quirky cottage on a shared driveway with the first house. Our guests find this cozy cottage charming, with its unique décor, private patio with four-person hot tub, and quick four-minute drive to the Dahlonega Square. The house has two bedrooms (both with queen beds), one bathroom, and comes equipped with DISH TV. Sleeping options for extra guests include the couch and a twin cot. Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in. Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking. Property Notes: - The houses are on a shared driveway with a tiny home that is used for storage. - Wi-Fi is shared between the houses. Guests can expect internet download speeds around 105 Mbps. - In the smaller house, there are several small steps into the small office and bedroom. Important things to know: • Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax for the first pet, and $60 plus tax for each additional pet. More info can be found at the end of the listing description. • Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee. • The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1. • We have a propane grill, and we provide propane. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $40 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour.
