Two Amazing Spaces in One!!

These two newly renovated, lavish apartments combine to offer over 2000 square feet, panoramic views, close proximity to downtown, two luxurious kitchens, six beds and more. Great for a large family, a group of friends, or a small company get away! The space Portland Maine is home to some of the oldest buildings in the country, and these apartments, one on top of the other, are located in a 125 year old Victorian. But one thing that makes them different is that we have spent the better part of a year and a half renovating them and bringing them back to life. They are new, modern, fresh and bright. In them you will find beautiful, cutting-edge kitchens with high-end appliances. Materials such as quartz, granite, marble, and hardwoods are abundant. A heated bathroom floor, a wine chiller and a makeup station are just a few of the many extras. There are four flat screen TV's--three of them LED smart TV's with free Netflix--surround sound, and blue tooth speakers. You'll have two full-size washer/dryers, fridges and cupboards stocked with food, two Keurig coffee makers, cellular shades--really everything you need and most of what you could possibly want. Guest access In addition to the two apartments, you'll have ample parking on the property, sole access to two private decks, and two passionate hosts always available to you. For your convenience, you'll have keyless pin-pad entry with codes customized to you! In addition, if you need more space, we can offer you an additional three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground level! That would give you a total of ten queen sized beds, six roll-away beds, and 4 1/2 bathrooms! Other things to note We have designed our home to satisfy a wide array of people. Our spaces are unique and special, and the goal in building them was to make people happy. What's more, we do not use them as a supplemental income. They are our business and priority, and we are always available should you have any questions or concerns. We have hosted thousands of trips, and are proud to say that people love the apartments and the experiences they have while here!
