The shops in the center – supermarket, pharmacy, newsstand, doctor, restaurants, bike rentals… are within walking distance. The house is 100m from the lake. The beach of Choseaux clos Berthet is 300 m away as is the port of Sévrier with all its water activities (sailing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing, pedal boat rental, etc.) or the main beach of Sévrier.
