Les Choseaux clos Berthet beach is 300m away as is the port of Sévrier with all its water activities (sailing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing, pedal boat rental, ....) or the main beach of Sévrier. You will also find many restaurants between beach and port. Less than 300m you will also have access to tennis, ping pong, skate park, bike rental or children's playground. From the house leave many lakeside hiking trails or to the surrounding mountains. If you are a fan of bike hikes, the bike path is 50m from the house and goes around the lake for about 40km and the surrounding passes are just waiting for you. Within a radius of about ten kilometers there are two golf courses, as well as the starting points for many activities, paragliding, climbing, canyoning. For the winter, the ski or Nordic ski resorts are between 20 and 45 minutes by car (Semnoz, La Clusaz, Manigod, Le Grand Bornand, Les Glières, .....)
