The Salt Pond Community overlooks a mid-length, executive 18-hole golf public course. It also includes an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. The wood-burning stove in the living room is not operational. Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
