The space The exteriors of this house invite you to enjoy the good weather to the fullest. The house has a private chlorine pool that measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 meters. Next to it you will find loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand from the beach, and a grassy area where the little ones in the house can play. Going up some stairs you have the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while contemplating the views of the sea in the background. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours. The single-storey house offers a cosy style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen share a large space equipped with AC, satellite TV, fireplace and ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next you have the 3 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. All have AC. There is another bathroom with shower in the house. Finally, we can offer you a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.
