Afterward, relax in the comfort of The Loft, a quiet, second-story sanctuary that's separate from the main house. With island-style furnishings, a private bath and living room area, this 700-square-foot oasis features a king size bed, twin over full bunkbed, key-less door lock, microwave, apartment-size refrigerator and Keurig. Originally built as an artist studio in 2000, this clean space has been completely updated and turned into a private guest sanctuary. Windows let in soft, natural light, while curtains and blinds help darken the space. As we enter our third year as Airbnb hosts, we are excited to provide upgraded amenities at the suggestion of our guests -- amenities such as an apartment-sized refrigerator and reading lamp in the sitting area. Our family owns an advanced disinfection company, which is why you can rest easy at The Loft. We take exceptional measures to protect you during your stay! Be sure to check out the pictures! We provide a detailed binder with suggestions to local attractions, including our favorite spots, but as a family with two children, we prefer to stay in the background. Just down the street is Constitution Park, which has two playgrounds, a skate park, a walking trail, basketball courts and fitness stations. Our tree-lined sidewalks are a great place for a morning jog or sunset stroll. A private driveway is available for your use. If you have a bicycle, feel free to bring it (or rent one from a local shop). You can pedal to an array of restaurants and shops or just cruise the quiet neighborhood. There's also a local cab company or Uber to get anywhere you need to go. We provide complimentary bottles of water, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. A pack and play is available upon request.
