Dogs: With pre-approval, we DO allow dogs with a $300 pet deposit, if the home and yard are found clean and no evidence of damages, a portion will be returned to the guest. $50 is kept for dogs under 40 pounds and $100 is kept for dogs over 40 pounds. The portion kept covers extra sanitation, if extra cleaning is needed, your refund will be affected. If any damages are found by your dog, the guest is responsible for any and all repairs. If evidence of a dog(s) is found and no dogs were approved, a $500 fee will be collected. Cats: Sorry, we are not accepting cats at this time.
