Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation & Uber/Lyft. – Valet parking is available at regular hotel valet rate. – Pets are not permitted in this residence.   – This rental property is currently listed for sale. On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay. We will provide a 24-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation. – Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. – Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. Departure clean will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum plus tax. The number of hours will be determined by the condition of the residence and is at the sole discretion of Setai Resort and Residences. – Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change.
