LIVING ROOM - Features plenty of seating on genuine leather couches all FULLY RECLINABLE - 72 inch had TV with access to HULU, Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus, and other streaming services. - Free WiFi featuring 1200 Mbps speed to keep everyone’s devices connected and working at optimal speeds KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops - plenty of dish-ware for the whole family - utensils, cooking tools, pots - oven, glass top stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker FAMILY ROOM - Plenty of seating for everyone - Games for the whole family - 8 foot convertible air hockey table/ping pong table for adults and kids MASTER BEDROOM - comfy king size bed with hybrid memory foam and spring mattress - oversized en suite bathroom featuring spacious walk in shower and his and her sink - direct access to pool from your bedroom or through bathroom BEDROOM 2 - comfy queen bed with hybrid memory foam/spring mattress BEDROOM 3 - one twin bed with hybrid memory foam/spring mattress - one double bed with hybrid memory foam/spring mattress POOL AREA - beautiful and private screened in pool - hot tub with relaxing jets - 4 burner gas grill (propane included) BACKYARD - wood burning fire pit with seating (firewood NOT included) - plenty of space for kids to play Other things to note HOUSE RULES - No pets. Violations will result in a forfeiture of deposit or penalty fee - Maximum of 7 guests - No large events or parties - Absolutely no smoking - Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times. - All house doors that lead to pool are equipped with chain locks and chime/alarm sensors on top. PLEASE make use of them for the safety of your children. - No glass in pool - Follow all checkout instructions below - Please clean BBQ after use CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS - Turn off lights and spa heater - Place used dishes in the dishwasher - Discard trash in large bins outside - Do not leave any food out - Leave used towels and bed linen on the floor - Clear fire pit and pool area of any food and drinks - Please brush BBQ grill after use - Close all windows and lock all doors SPA INSTRUCTIONS - The power button is the white button on the floor next to the spa. - Please DO NOT lift button switch off the floor. - Please DO NOT push button with your foot. - Please DO NOT manipulate any equipment (pool pump, heater, etc.) OUTSIDE of the pool area where the pump is at. All you need is the push button near the spa. - To turn on spa jets and heater, push button ONCE. Note, there is a short two minute delay for the heater to turn on. When the heater turns on, you will be able to hear the fan near the pool pump engage. - Pushing the button a second and third time will turn off the heater but keep the jets on. - To turn everything back off, push the button a FOURTH time. PLEASE turn off all equipment after use. Failure to do so may incur additional charges. If you have successfully turned off the heater, the equipment outside will be silent. - Note: The POOL PUMP runs from 6am – 2pm. If you choose to heat the spa during this time, the spa will take several hours to heat because the water from the spa will be flowing into the pool through the small waterfall. HOWEVER, if using the spa after 2pm, it will heat up within 1 hour because all the water will remain in the spa and not flow back into the pool. - ENJOY! IMPORTANT NOTES - Propane will be supplied for the gas grill. - The fire pit is wood burning and fire wood is NOT provided. Please bring your own. - The property has a set of small stairs to enter.
