Cozy Apartment #2 in Hip, Walkable Cooper Young

One bedroom/one bath apartment in the trendy, award winning Cooper-Young neighborhood. Completely renovated, with all new finishes and furnishings, it's just a three minute walk to the best concentration of restaurants and bars in Memphis. There is no kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a 50" TV with cable and wifi. The space The apartment is on the ground floor, and there are four steps to walk up to the porch. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO KITCHEN. The living room has an Ikea sofa-bed, which is comfortable for one adult or two children. The bedroom has a new Memory Foam mattresses, which is very comfortable, but will feel firm at first for people used to standard inner-spring mattresses. Guest access The entire apartment is for the guests' private use. There is a separate, shared laundry room at the rear of the building. Other things to note If you need accommodations for up to sixteen people, you can reserve this apartment along with two similar apartments in the same building.
