As you enter in through the front door and past the two ground floor bedrooms one set up with a King-sized beds that can be split into single beds on request and the other King sized bed is set up as a twin room. both have doors leading out to the front patio area with a table and chairs to take in the evening sun and a great spot for the adults to share a nice glass of fizz as the sun sets over the Pevensey Levels. Continue your journey through into the main living space comprising of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room, with two sets of floors to ceiling sliding doors which lead out to the decked area, rustic natural beach garden and the beach beyond. A wonderful place to sit back relax and watch the waves tumbling into the shoreline. Moving up to the first floor as you enter the Master bedroom with a modern double four poster bed, plenty of clothes storage and a full width floor to ceiling windows with a Juliet balcony which offers stunning views of the English Channel. The second has two single beds and demands equally appealing views across the marsh lands and onwards towards Herstmonceux. There is a full bathroom to service the two first floor bedrooms with a bath, over bath shower, W.C and low-level wash hand basin plus an additional shower room with W.C on the ground floor. There is generous parking for numerous vehicles. Less than a ten-minute stroll away is Pevensey Bay Village, here there's a delightful selection of eateries and a couple of pubs within walking distance, including one right on the beach. Pevensey Castle is also nearby. So why not book this amazing home for your next great vacation, a fantastic spot with amazing views and a great base to take in all the local area has to offer. Spend the day lazing around on the beach or trekking the 1066 Country Walk, leading to Rye. Hastings, Eastbourne, and Bexhill are all within driving distance too, so you'll be well placed for exploring the Sussex area. If you have chosen to pay the damage waiver you must let us know so that we do not hold our normal damage deposit of £200 as per the listing details on the day you check out of our property. If we do not hear from you our normal damage deposit will be held as pending and returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. We are able to split the three king-sized beds into twin beds by special request but there is an additional fee of £10 per bed split to cover additional cleaning time and laundry costs.
