Downtown Ferndale is noted for well preserved victorian architecture and is designated California Historical Landmark #883. Guest access The private entrance gate is accessed from the rear of the driveway. The gate opens onto a lighted pathway that leads to the front entrance of the cottage. The access code will be provided prior to your arrival Other things to note Hiking trails are only 4 blocks away at Russ Park, 105 acres of Sitka Spruce and Grand Fir trees The Pacific Ocean is a 15 minute drive away. Enjoy the sandy beach or drive a bit further to access Guthrie Creek Trail, Downtown Ferndale has a variety of boutique, specialty stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Local artist gallery.
