Stylish, Remodeled Condo - Creekside #14

Bright and Airy Creekside Condo with Access to Bear Lake! This unit is comfortable and clutter free. Remodeled, complete with beautiful wood flooring on the main level and cozy carpets in the bedrooms. This two bedroom (plus loft), two bathroom condo has three levels leaving plenty of room to spread out. You enter on the middle floor which has a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and access to a private, covered balcony. The space There is a wood burning fireplace and a large dining table with room for the entire family. Upstairs is the partially enclosed loft with a king bed. Downstairs, from the main floor, are two bedrooms and another full bathroom with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, with a slider leading to the patio and the secondary bedroom has two bunk beds, one with a trundle, for a total of five twin beds. Guests must bring their own • Eco-friendly, starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps are provided • We provide sheets, towels, blankets and pillows • Private, covered balcony (summer) • Washer and dryer - detergent provided Short Term Rental License # Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge $35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper accommodations. Guest access Guests will have full access to the condo for the duration of their stay. They do not have access to the garage. There is free parking just outside of the condo building. It is a quick walk from the lot, up one flight of stairs to a partially enclosed hallway to the front door. There is no elevator. Other things to note Please read all of the material on this page.
