This contemporary new villa, part of a small family resort, has all the comforts from home -A/C throughout, Wi-Fi & satellite TV. Sleeps 8 guests. Visit Montenegro too! The space Villa Ragusa is undoubtedly one of the villas with grandest panoramic views over the Dubrovnik Riviera. Located on the top of the mountain, it guarantees complete relaxation and privacy within breath-taking scenery. The contemporary design of the villa incorporates all the comforts of modern day living. The light and airy interior is beautifully decorated to a high standard, air-conditioned throughout and with satellite TV and internet access. Modern in style with local hand crafted furniture incorporated into the villa throughout. The open plan lounge opens onto the pool and terraces, has comfortable seating with a separate TV area with a sofa bed, coffee table and its own adjacent bathroom with shower, sleeping an extra 2 guests. There is also a further downstairs cloakroom/ WC and separate laundry facilities are available. The fully fitted kitchen offers you everything you need to prepare your meal from a BBQ to a dinner party with crockery to match, but most importantly a wine fridge so there's no excuse for warm wine! The dining table and chairs are placed so you can enjoy your meal whilst still taking in the view. Villa Ragusa sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 Master bedrooms with an en suite bathrooms, one Twin room with adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and are air-conditioned and with a view of the sea. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed that has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. The outside area boasts an extensive terrace with swimming pool 8.5m x 4m, with complimentary heating except in July and August when there is an additional charge of £15 per day.and an all year round Jacuzzi. For your convenience there is a poolside shower & WC no need to venture inside. Relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers with a sun-umbrella provided for shade or 'chillax' by the outdoor sofa area great for pre-dinner cocktails. BBQ and dine alfresco on the beautiful marble table under the large shaded pergola, which allows the option of shade whilst dining Alfresco & enjoying the sun going down at the end of the day in the year round Jacuzzi. This villa really is a home from home ! Villa Ragusa is ideally located just 4 km away from the nearest beaches and shops ,6 km from Dubrovnik Old Town and 14 km from Dubrovnik Airport and ideally located to visit the major places of attraction from Mostar, Kravica waterfalls and the fjords in Montenegro. Guest access NB: WE ARE LOCATED ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN , WITH NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ARE NOT SUITABLE NON-DRIVERS OR THOSE GUESTS JUST WISHING TO PARTY. The entire villa is for you to enjoy, with large terraces, Jacuzzi and private pool. Pool heating is included in the villa price in all months except July and August when it is provided at £15 per day. Jacuzzi is heated all year round to the temperature required for your comfort. NB: The pool will not be filled from end of November until beginning of April, as it is not possible to heat in the winter months, unless requested. Please also note Villa Ragusa is a part of an ongoing building development, no work is carried out on our development in the summer months but there may be light work carried out on properties in the area. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: OUR ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WISHING TO PARTY! The pool is serviced most days. All linen is included. Bedding changed on request. Bathroom and pool towels are provided but not beach towels. On request we can provide a full single pull out bed, large baby travel cot, high chair and baby car seat. We can also offer a babysitting service, if available. There is a small additional cost charge. We offer a complimentary 2 hour mini housekeeping service, once in a week. Servicing the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. We would also like ensure you that we have a high standard of cleanliness but in addition due to the Covid virus we will ensure the property will be immaculately disinfected and cleaned after the departure of each guest.
