Modern Love Apartment - Heart of Lawrenceville!

This private apartment (with it's own entrance) is on the lowest level of our house. It is walking distance to the best of lively Lawrenceville. It is centrally located in Pittsburgh and close to downtown, the universities and the stadiums. We are right off of Butler Street which is where the shops and restaurants are located. There is free street parking directly in front of the house. Dozens of restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. The space This is an apartment in a cool, architect designed house in the heart of Pittsburgh's most dynamic neighborhood. You can walk to dozens of independent restaurants, bars, and shops. We are centrally located in the city of Pittsburgh and very close to downtown, to the universities, to the hospitals, to the stadiums and to the rivers. We are just a block from the bus line. Also, we are very close to the river trail for biking! Guest access About the space: your apartment will have one bedroom with a queen size bed. The living room has a queen size futon bed and a couch. We can also provide (2) twin sized aero mattresses if you need additional sleeping spaces. The apartment has heated concrete floors and also central air. There is a flat screen TV, DVD and Xbox available. There is a security system available if you wish to use it. We live above this apartment. You will have your own, separate & private entrance. It has a partial kitchen only - fridge/freezer/microwave/coffee. Please note there is no stove or kitchen sink. Other things to note We are very flexible on check in and check out times if we don't have anyone else booked on the same day as you. Please check with us if you want an early check in or late check out ... we are happy to accommodate if we can!
