This one-bedroom cottage is across the street from Lake Freeman and has a large deck with a lake view. The house is small at 750 sq ft, but comfortable for four adults - more than four may get cozy! Our cottage is conveniently located near the Madam Carroll, Dodge Camp, Monticello City Park, and Wal Mart. Twenty minute drive to Indiana Beach. The space Our home has some updates like new gas stove and lighting, but is still a lake cottage with older features like wood paneling throughout. The bedroom has two queen beds. There is a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom has a full-sized tub with shower. Guest access The house and deck are dedicated areas for your use. Parking is available just a few steps from the home for up to two cars. Other things to note The cottage backs up to the woods - we provide a leaf blower to take care of any sticks and leaves on the large deck.
