The space Completed in February 2024, the apartment is located on the "Zillehof" in the middle of the old town of Ballenstedt. The Zillehof is the former farm of my grandparents Emil and Berta Zille. In 2019, we completely renovated the Resthof and built an apartment building with eight residential units on the basis of the former south barn. The apartment "Bella" is located on the 1st floor. The apartment is accessible , about 70 sqm and has kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and south terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of 3,000 m² of garden land.
